As well as being an Actor, Richard is also an experienced facilitator and coach. Previously, he worked in commercial property investment in both the City and the West End, where he acquired an in depth understanding of the property market as well as an acute awareness of the business environment. 

He specialises in communication and personal impact and regularly works with Exec Teams on a 1:1 basis, coaching them to be the best they can be. 

He recently developed and delivered a series of workshops on presentation skills, storytelling and the growth mindset for Global Software Company Blue Yonder. He has co facilitated over 20 workshops on Honest Conversations for KPMG, presented a storytelling workshop for the Innovation Centre at Accenture, and regularly works on a 1:1 basis with Senior Managers from LEK. 

Over the last 25 years, other Clients have included Shell, Schlumberger, Herbert Smith, BP Castrol, BAe Systems and Deloitte, with whom he worked on the NHS Aspirant Leaders Programme.He has worked across a broad spectrum of training from interviewing and recruitment, to leadership development and executive coaching, taking him across Europe and to the USA.
